1. Connect the water pipes to the inlet and outlet of the main water pipe in sequence. (Figures 2 and 3)

2. Insert the trachea.

2、 Usage:

1. Open the end drain and backwash valves (pressure regulators) in sequence.

2. Turn off the switch of the waiting water line.

3. Open the inlet and outlet valves (as shown in Figure 1), and close the upper valve.

4. Connect the power supply, turn on the main power supply at the rear of the machine, prepare for operation, press the "start" button of the machine, and the flushing begins.

5. Flushing time: First flush one group (3 or 5 water lines as a group) for about 30 minutes, and then rinse for about 20 minutes. The specific time is based on the discharge of clean water.

The flushing interval is determined by each breeding farm, and it is generally better to rinse once on the day after dosing or before drinking the vaccine.

6. After flushing, stop the machine, disconnect the power supply, and restore all valves.

7. Machine storage: Store indoors in a cool and cool place.

Note: Method for adjusting the intake interval time: Set T1 and T2 times, where T2 is the flushing pulse frequency and should be set at a value of 0-2S, which should not exceed 2S. T1 is the frequency cancellation interval time, and set the minimum value to be greater than or equal to 3 times T2. This machine has been set before leaving the factory and generally does not require adjustment.

3、 Precautions:

1. Pay attention to connecting the water pipe and do not pour water onto the machine.

2. The machine should use a clean and sufficiently pressurized air source, and the working pressure of the pressure gauge should be around 0.6 MPa. It can be adjusted reasonably based on equipment parameters, air source pressure, and working environment.

3. The machine is equipped with leakage protection and overload protection inside. If it cannot be started due to a malfunction, please contact the manufacturer in a timely manner. The after-sales phone number is 13912203899.

4. During the 3-second limit operation of T2, close attention should be paid to the operating status of the equipment. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be immediately shut down and T2 should be set within 2 seconds (the 3-second limit working time should not exceed 40 minutes).

5. Special emphasis!! All relevant outlets of the water pipes to be flushed must be in an open state. Only when there is water in the pipes can they be turned on to prevent strong air pressure from damaging the equipment and causing accidents. Especially for high-power machines, if the pipes are blocked, it is easy to return water and accidents occur. Remember!!

6. After flushing, it is necessary to check whether all water lines are open. It is not allowed to cause livestock and poultry to not drink water due to operational errors. The equipment manufacturer is not responsible for this problem.

7. Ensure that all water pipes and joints can withstand a pressure of 5-8 kilograms, and promptly inspect all joints after flushing to prevent pipe explosion.
